The MAPP members really came through again for Indiana Plastics. I was receiving calls and E-mails from MAPP members within minutes of my e-mail to the organization requesting help.

It would have taken me a day or two to do a search and find these companies on my own time. Even then I would not know the quality of their work. The contacts the MAPP members sent to me are known and trusted sources for this type of work. I cannot tell you what a benefit it is to us and to our customers that we are members of MAPP.

MAPP is an amazing organization. I posted a request for help in finding a mudd base just before 5:00 PM on Thursday evening. I started receiving replies almost immediately. Even after I went to bed MAPP members were still responding to my request. When I checked my e-mail the next morning I was relieved to see that someone had what I needed. My emergency was over. What could have been a disaster with one of my customers was completely avoided because of the MAPP network. It is wonderful how MAPP members unselfishly respond to the needs of their peers.
