>>>One piece dimensions: L 190cm x W 73.5cm x H 2.9cm on the deck side.
>>>Wall thickness is about 1/4". There is ribbing on the bottom which is slightly thicker for added stability.
>>>Additional reinforcement ribbing and mounting plate on the bottom extending ~ 7cm.
>>>Supporting hanging weight capacity of ~ 100 lbs.
If you know of a mold building resource that can address the design and development of this large mold, please contact:

Thanks, John CommentTooling Service and Repair Shop Wanted in Southern California : May 11th - Injection Mold Tooling Service Shop wanted in Southern California. Do we have any members that are capable and willing to service injection molds in California?
Tony Stewart CommentRoHS compliance : May 10th - We are seeing customer expectations related to RoHS compliance evolve into requirements that are becoming increasingly difficult to address.
Typical requirements now read:
A. Supplier shall maintain test and/or inspection records to substantiate RoHS compliance.
B. A First Article report is required providing proof of compliance with the current EU RoHS directive.
Knowing that resin manufacturers will not provide RoHS test/inspection data, there does not appear to be an alternative other than having product tested periodically.
We wish to understand what other injection molders are doing when faced with similar requests.
We also wish to know if anyone has developed legally defensible language with which to address requests to maintain RoHS test records.
Thanks.
