We are currently looking to upgrade / replace our current ERP system and are interested in finding out how other companies are utilizing the quality modules within their systems. What information is being utilized within the module, tracking of customer / supplier nonconformances, traceability, scrap / rework cost, calibrations, returns, ISO documentation, customer specifications / requirements, incoming inspection, tracking of product on rework / hold, etc. what percent of the module is being utilized, what software is being utilized and how user friendly is the module?
