Can anyone recommend a quality DOE software?  We currently use a limited version of Launsby's DOE Wisdom, but the program seems somewhat antiquated at this point (and as such, also seems overpriced).

Per your question about DOE packages, there are a number of packages typicaly associated with the statistics or quality software that you may be currently using. Jump or MINITAB are two common DOE tools. A current source is ASQ (American Society for Quality), they have in the past done an annual survey of quality software which includes the DOE software.
