We had training at Eastern Michigan University over 10 years ago.  I don't know if it is still offered but you can contact them.  The course was 3 or 4 days.

We had FMEA training through ASQ. I would contact ASQ Chicago and see if they offer training or know of any FMEA training in the area.

Check out the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) in Michigan where they provide consulting links and actually publish the Standards for the auto makers and tier suppliers.

Kelly, you might want to try a Manufacturing Extention Partnership Center (MEP) as they have really good resources that can help in the training area.  Here is a resource for you:
