Mark, We have just begun using IQMS as our ERP software (many other MAPP members do as well). It has a CRM module built in. It is too early for us to evaluate the CRM portion, but are confident that the ERP portion will be worth the money. Steve Erickson First American Plastics Steve Erickson

Mark, NPI has been using the CRM module that is built into IQMS (ERP software) over the past year. We have found CRM to be a great communication tool among team members. The CRM module has great benefits that can be intergrated with other aspects of the business. NPI utilizes the answer books for training modules associated with quality, safety, and various HR communications. Ann Kroll
