How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
Started in Vinyl Coated fabrics and films when I graduated from College. I went on to work in Medical devices for 35 years. When I retired I decided to buy an Injection Molding/Blow Molding Manufacturer. I wasn't ready to retire.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
Working with Customers and Continuous Improvement of our quality and company.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Becoming ISO Certified and see satisfied customers

Leading DaMar Plastics
How do you define success?
On-time delivery, customer and employee satisfaction and good financial statements
What is one thing about you that others would be surprised to learn?
That I grew up in several international countries.

What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
I don't have one favorite story, but what I would say is just how helpful MAPP headquarters is.
