How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
Opportunity presented itself to join and lead Revere Plastics in 2014 which was my first experience in the Plastics Industry.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
Working with people, being part of a team helping to improve and solve problems.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Earning several of the quality and customer service awards we have been lucky enough to win. It is always nice for our team to be recognized by our customers and industry organizations.
How do you define success?
Success to me is defined as achieving goals and expectations both internal and to our customers expectations while having fun and growing as a team and individually.

If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
I would be in some other manufacturing industry.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
I love the camaraderie among like companies trying to learn from each other and getting better.
How have you received value from the MAPP organization? What are the greatest benefits you currently receive?
Obviously learning about best practices and how others are attacking challenges. The major indirect value is the networking and social element of people going through similar challenges.
