Started as an apprentice moldmaker when I graduated from high school.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
Having an executive administrative assistant.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Most recently it would be for giving a cash bonus to a recent graduate of the RJG Master Molder 2 program.
How do you define success?
A great product launch for a customer.
