How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
I was interested in becoming a toolmaker when I graduated high school.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
Being a solutions provider for our clients and helping them succeed in their roles
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Being part of a team that is not satisfied with being mediocre and is always striving to be the best in the space we occupy.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Taking charge and getting the job done.

What is one thing about you that others would be surprised to learn?
I have a passion for helping those who are less fortunate both locally as well as internationally.
If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
Possibly have my own landscaping company, be involved with a non-profit organization or be a work force counselor.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
The passion that Troy and his team has to provide value to the MAPP members and continue to push us to become better leaders and organizations
How have you received value from the MAPP organization? What are the greatest benefits you currently receive?
Meeting new people and forging great relationships with individuals who are in similar roles. Being able to share ideas, have a sounding board and engage in best practice conversations.
