How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
I have had the opportunity to work for various plastics manufacturers over the course of my career. I guess you could call it fate that brought us together.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
I have the opportunity to work with everyone in the organization. It's great to be able to tie what happens on the floor to the success of the company.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Anytime I was able to help someone succeed or accomplish one of their goals.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Getting things done.
How do you define success?
Doing things right the first time and doing it better the second time.

What is one thing about you that others would be surprised to learn?
I threw a baseball harder than most boys when I was in grade school.

Same thing I do today, helping others be successful.
