Seeing customers' reaction to our team and facility. The group has been working hard the past two years consolidating an acquisition organization and facility.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Some would say: Tough, direct, and challenging others to excel. Others would say I'm an innovator, trying to bring forward an "F-Bomb Friendly work environment. Ok, so that didn't go over well..
How do you define success?
Outside: when we exceed the customer's expectations. Inside: when employees show growth and increased capability.
What book are you currently reading?

I am crazy about skiing. I spend all 12 months training so that I can keep up with my kids and friends.
If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
Skiing more. Eventually, consulting/cajoling/helping my kids to achieve their dreams.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
It truly is an open community. In the shoe business, where I started, we had a similar approach to helping others in the industry. It was shocking to not find anything like that in New England. Have been proselytizing ever since I went to my first Benchmark...
How have you received value from the MAPP organization? What are the greatest benefits you currently receive?
Information sharing is incredible. There isn't anyone within my organization that I can speak with on certain subjects. Being able to pick up the phone and talk about things with those that have been through similar experiences is invaluable.
