How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
My first job out of college was working for Dana Corporation. Dana had many mold injection presses.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
I love working with people and seeing our team grow.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
I am proud of our team every day. We have great people and they always rise to the challenge.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Fairness and consistency while giving people the chance to learn many different areas of our business.
How do you define success?
Success is about people learning and growing and seeing our team excel.

I have driven a boat from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Grand Rivers, KY.
If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
I would be teaching and coaching in High School or College.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
I really enjoy the personal relationships with peers from the industry. It is like a family of professionals you can always count on.
How have you received value from the MAPP organization? What are the greatest benefits you currently receive?
I have attended many benchmarking tours and I am always amazed at what other companies do and I always bring something back to our company.
