MAPP's Mold and Machine Maintenance Survey, originally developed in 2013, has been updated and revised by plastics processors to best meet the needs of MAPP member organizations. This survey includes opportunities for both quantitative data reporting, as well as anecdotal responses. The following information will be analyzed by MAPP's Benchmarking Team and a final copy with aggregated results will be distributed to all participants at no cost!

This survey is broken into two separate categories. First, Mold Maintenance (16 questions) followed by Machine Maintenance (11 questions).
