Join other industry young professionals as we network, benchmark, and share challenges and solutions. During this virtual networking session, young professionals in manufacturing will engage in a virtual peer-to-peer exchange focused on challenges related to leadership, culture and management. Similar to roundtable discussions at in-person events, attendees will each submit one topic for discussion. As each topic is reviewed, participants on the call will be asked to share their own relevant knowledge, solutions and experiences.

Please submit at least one topic, challenge or question when registering. Attendees on the call will include members from the Manufacturers for Plastics Processors (MAPP), the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA) and the Association for Rubber Manufacturers (ARPM). This session is free for members of all three organizations.
