Join other members in Human Resources to discuss common issues. Attendees are asked to submit 1-2 questions ahead of time.
Questions submitted so far include:

  • How do other companies handle attendance points when the supervisor sends employees home due to illness, or family emergency?
  • My company is small and only offers IRA as a benefit. What are some ideas to help us stand out as an appealing employer?
  • POSITIVE/NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ON INTRODUCING MUSIC ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR?
  • Does anyone have a referral program?  What are the basic rules and is it successful?
  • Are Companies adjusting Drug and Alcohol policies in regards to changes and proposed changes to marijuana laws?
  • Has anyone ever contracted a physical therapist to come onsite and look at employee ergonomics?  Was it good/bad?
  • What is the best training modules you are using?
