This session, delivered by two seasoned sales veterans, will cover the strategic intent of growing top-line sales by using clearly defined tactics implemented on a consistent basis. Topics covered in this exchange will include: bringing discipline to quoting and the sales process, creating customer service cultures to maintain strong relationships, saying “no” to customers, methods of identifying new customers, goal setting and maximizing profits.
