We don't have a written policy, but in general we charge the customers for "normal wear and tear." If it's a new tool they commission with us, we will set a minimum shot warranty. We are working with a consultant to develop what we are calling "Servant Supervisor" Training. Supervisor training is readily available and tells them "what" to do. Our focus is also telling them "how" we want them to do it...modeling the concepts of Servant Leadership.

We ask for and check trade references. If they refuse to provide, we make them stay cash positive until they have established history with us.

We have a KPI of < 10% voluntary turnover for the prior 12 months. We review it at each ISO Mgt Rvw meeting. We have been able to maintain it, but we don't count temporary employees. We are having a terrible time with temps showing up and/or staying.

I asked our Purchasing Manager and here is what she said, "There are quite a few courses online as well as through colleges. I took a few seminars through Fred Pryor but they did not offer certification. I started years ago through Penn State taking classes for my CPM. Not even sure they still offer...

We're using Navision. It's an old software that we inherited from prior management. The current version is called Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
