We use Slide brand "Super Grease" and Krytox grease by Chemours (previously Dupont) Krytox is expensive but does a really nice job.

My recommendation would be to go the self-assessment route. If you are like us you have very few significant environmental aspects and it is not value added to pay for a lot of outside audits and assessments. I would consult with your state Dept. of Environmental Mgt., in Indiana we have a consulting branch that will come out and test free of charge. They will basically give you some test badges for your personnel to wear during a "blow up" event and then test the badges to see if the air quality exceeds...

IQMS has an add-on utility called "carton builder" that appears to do exactly what you are wanting. I don't think we have ever used it, but you could ask them about it.

Carton Builder

Interfaces with weight scales to calculate total parts by weight then print labels & disposition product.
