We use all the training you have mentioned. They are all pretty much the same training with the exception of RJG wanting to push the use of pressure transducers. I do not have any experience with the 2 you mentioned. we use AIM, RJG, Routsis and Paulson training. Some of these can be taken online. we use a clear grease from PPE, this is the part # FMG07 7 lb. pail (1 gal.) We do not have bleed out issues with this grease. We use the PPE ejector pin lube for the ejector pins part# SPRAY NO. we try to get as much engagement from the employees as to work station set up, what they enjoy or dislike about the job they are doing. If they have a voice and help to make the decisions on what they do and how they do it, the retention gets easier. we also have cookouts or bring in pizza/doughnuts...
