We are currently trying to restructure our production set up sheets to provide more clarity for our technical team. Our struggle has been identify which factors will change and which have to remain constant to stay in process. Our current sheets are causing confusion between our technical team and supervisory team regarding are we running in process or out of process. I would love to see other examples of our production set up sheets to see if we can eliminate this issue on the floor. I can be reached at email@example.com.
