How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
A friend of my Dad's from High School needed a bookkeeper/secretary for a one person office at a custom injection molder. I wanted to relocate so I took the job.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
I like being involved in projects. I like taking an idea and making it a reality.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
When our Team successfully implemented a major management change.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Providing more information than anyone wants.
How do you define success?
Our Team meeting its goals and setting new ones.

I don't actually read much, but I am listening to "Love Your Enemies - How Decent People Can Save America From the Culture of

If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
Making something else. I love making things or teaching others to make things.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
I really appreciate the Peer Groups. I learn so much from people who have been in different roles in the same industry.
