How did you become involved in the plastics industry?
What is your favorite part about your current role?
I love working with and helping people.
What has been your proudest moment at your current organization?
Celebrating 40 years in business. We did that in 2019, I am very proud to be a part of it and to work with such a great group of people.
At work, what are you most known for among your colleagues?
Always being available, not matter what, no matter when.
How do you define success?
When we are all working together.

The One Minute Manager
What is one thing about you that others would be surprised to learn?
I don't like being in big crowds.
If you weren't in the plastics industry, what would you be doing?
Teacher, definitely a teacher.
What is your favorite thing or story about the MAPP organization?
I love the networking sessions that I do with my fellow HR professionals. I get so much out of them.
How have you received value from the MAPP organization? What are the greatest benefits you currently receive?
I have gained insight and knowledge into my HR profession by working with other professionals. I benefit greatly from the surveys that I participate in and again, the networking with other HR professionals.
