P&P Industries is a custom injection molder located 100 miles west of Chicago in Sterling, IL. For over 50 years, P&P has been providing custom injection molded products and assemblies to customers large and small. The mission here is centered around providing fulfilling manufacturing jobs that not only support our families, but also contribute positively to the growth and well-being of our community.

We have identified key principles that guide our success, including a steadfast commitment to on-time delivery, a culture of continuous improvement, expertise in scientific molding techniques, and maintaining a tour-ready facility that reflects our commitment to excellence. These principles form the foundation of our success and define the way we operate, ensuring we meet and exceed the expectations of our customers, employees, and the community we serve.

P&P currently has 38 presses ranging in size from 40-780 tons, all housed in a 100,000 sq ft climate controlled facility that was built in 2012. We have invested in technology, and embraced scientific molding methodology to remain viable and continue to evolve since our humble beginnings in 1970. While continuing to grow in size and scope, P&P is committed to not losing sight of our roots as family owned business, where the strength of the business is a direct reflection of the quality of the employees.
