The 2023 Wage and Salary Report offers a thorough analysis of compensation for 68 job titles based on data from 224 facilities in the plastics processing industry. Additionally, this report includes historical trends for employment levels, overtime paid, 2nd and 3rd shift pay differentials, PTO, sick time, and vacation offered. The data is segmented by annual revenue and United States region.

New this year, the report includes an appendix providing the results of the 2023 Employee Satisfaction Survey carried out by MBS Advisors. This section of the report includes insights into employee satisfaction, influencers of job changes, and average bonus, commission and added incentives.
