An Annual YP Leadership Experience is available to young professionals in MAPP looking to grow their leadership abilities, build stronger teams and find new ways to impact their organization.

Senior Leadership Peer Exchange (Networking) Calls are held every six to eight weeks. These one-hour calls allow company senior leadership to network, openly share challenges and brainstorm new solutions.

MAPP recently launched a new, exclusive, members-only peer cohort for plastics industry presidents, CEOs and owners called MAPP POWERHOUSE Executive Groups.

Thayer Leadership Development is the newest leadership program offered to MAPP members. Designed exclusively for MAPP, this leadership program builds leaders of character on the grounds of West Point.
