The MAPP staff requests your participation in the latest survey, which is focused on providing Value Added Services to OEMs and End-Use Customers. As a primary objective of this benchmarking study, it is our goal to better understand if company size or markets served correlate with the types of value added services plastics processors offer to the end customer. 

It is our intent to compile the data of this survey and use the information in an overall report shared with MAPP members. In no circumstance will any individual participant's information be identifiable in the compiled data.

Members responding to this survey will receive the compiled results and analysis via email at not cost.
